Get rewarded for sharing us with friends, family, and colleagues! When you refer someone to our services, you’ll earn credits toward your next order.
How It Works
We want to make sure that this program is as easy and transparent as everything else we do.
Step 1
Refer a new customer
If you refer anyone to us for any of our products or services - screen printing, custom items, and fulfillment - you earn a credit based on 20% of the invoiced amount, minus things like sales tax and shipping costs.
20% for first referral order, 10% for any additional orders your referral places within the first year, credit applies to either bulk production or fulfillment.
Step 2
Referral Confirmation
When you send the person, group, or company our way, give them one of your previous or current order numbers from our orders.threadbird.com system - that way, we know who sent them.
They should include that in their first communication to us in the email or via our website in the notes section. We want to make sure that it’s pretty easy to connect the dots, so make sure they at least mention you by name if you aren’t able to give them a previous order number.
The referral can’t have worked or been talking with us before you referred them - we want the referral to be super-transparent to all parties involved.
Step 3
Earn and use credits!
For each new customer that you refer, you will get a 20% credit from their first bulk production order + a 10% credit on the rest of their orders for their first year at Threadbird. Credit can be applied to either bulk production or fulfillment. Credit will arrive in 30 days and to be used in 1 year. No limitations on types/size of order.
- For production invoices, after we close and archive the order, typically 30 days after delivery.
- For fulfillment, 30 days after the referral pays for their fulfillment invoice
You will earn credit for the first year that the referral works with Threadbird.
