When deciding which materials you want to use, it’s important to consider the level of durability that you want to achieve.

Customize Materials & Pattern

Select the base materials for the exterior canvas of your duffel bag! From nylon, canvas, rip stop nylon and many other fabric types, we can source it all. We can also advise you on which fabric is best suited for your pattern. Just ask us if you have a particular fabric type in mind for your custom bags!

Description
This decoration method is ideal for printing on nylon fabric, which is known for its durability and tear resistant nature.

We decorated our ‘weekender’ duffel with a sublimated tie-dye pattern, then we added a sublimated print on the front of this bag with our Threadbird logo in white. We also jazzed up the inside of it, by adding our sublimated ‘Wave’ pattern to the inner lining of the bag!

This style of decoration can be tricky for nylon material. However, it works wonderfully when decorating canvas cotton fabric.

We decorated our ‘Everyday’ duffel, by screen printing our Threadbird ‘TB’ design in blue, onto the center of the front of the bag.

We bring your designs to life by stitching thread directly onto the fabric. This artistic method works great for decorating sturdier fabrics like nylon or canvas material.

We decorated our ‘Everyday’ and ‘Weekender’ duffel with our embroidered Threadbird logo on the left side pocket of the bag.

Description
This popular printing technique uses a heat press to transfer the ink of your designs from a special printable paper, directly onto the nylon fabric.
