We are a full-service printing company specializing in screen-printed apparel. Our tight-knit culture thrives off of hard-working, fun-loving professionals and we're looking to add an amazing Product Sourcing Agent to the team! You’ll be using and honing your skills to help our customers build their tribes through custom merchandise creation and fulfillment at Threadbird, which was named multiple times one of the 5000 fastest-growing companies in the country by INC. Magazine.
 

What You'll Do:

• Assist with counting in and staging garments
• Packages finished goods
• Ensures proper accounting of finished pieces
• Quality Control of garments and processes. 
• Counts and cross-references against Purchase Orders
• Loading and unloading garments 
• Responsibilities will include but are not limited to catching screen-printed apparel at the end of the dryer and keeping apparel organized and counted. 
• Setting up shirts with the folding machine and bagging to hand off to fulfillment. 
• Creating and printing packing slips
• Other miscellaneous production tasks
• Work cross-functionally with other teams
   

What You'll Need to be Good At:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• The candidate will have a keen eye for quality control.
• Team player - you’ll need to be able to work well with others
• Strong communication skills - Must be a people-person!
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Maintain a clean & safe work environment
• Work quickly and efficiently while producing high-quality prints
• Review order to determine setup specifications and special instructions
• The preferred team member will be an energetic, organized, and dependable individual with the ability to work efficiently and effectively.
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail.
   

What We Require:

• Able to be on your feet for up to 10 hours
• Lift boxes 25 lbs to 50 lbs.
• Work in a warehouse environment (not climate controlled)
• Ability to stand in one location for up to an hour or more
