You’ll be using and honing your skills to help our customers build their businesses through custom merchandise creation and fulfillment at Threadbird.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee all orders in production
- Coordinate & organize print operations
- Approve & coordinate due dates, print schedules, and capacity
- Act as the official production liaison between all teams, including production, customer support, business development, art production departments, and executive teams
- Continually analyze and report on the production process, including actionable suggestions for improvement in process and partners to ensure on-time production & hassle-free process
- Help identify and onboard additional production partners to keep Threadbird on the cutting edge of garment customization
- Main quality control of products from printer network
- Provide monthly data reporting
- Lead cross-team risk management meetings
- Handle project management of large VIP customer orders
What You'll Need to be Good at:
- Excellent communication skills including email, phone, and in-person conversations and presentations
- Solutions-oriented, project management skills with a passion for finding and solving problems before they happen, and a cool, calm demeanor while dealing with those issues that get through anyway
- An obsessive attention to detail & accuracy, an expert at multitasking, and an understanding of the need to provide answers to questions as soon as possible
- Demonstrated experience in working with spreadsheets and data to produce useful information quickly
What we require:
- Previous experience in the Apparel and screen printing industry
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
