You’ll be using and honing your skills to help our customers build their businesses through custom merchandise creation and fulfillment at Threadbird.

What You'll Do:
- Assist in the operation of industrial machines to complete embroidery projects within predetermined deadlines.
- Accurately process customer orders requiring embroidery.
- Ensure operations run smoothly by participating in embroidery department processes including order check-in, quality control inspections, thread trimming, folding, and bagging of goods for final shipment to customers.
- Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of industrial-sized embroidery machines to manufacture embroidered goods at the highest quality and efficiency standards.
- Prepare machine for garments, which includes loading digitized designs into machine network, manual thread color changes and needle changes when appropriate.
- Examine completed work to detect product defects and verify conformance and adjust machinery as necessary to correct quality or efficiency issues.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance including daily oiling and lint control using a compressed air system and a shop vacuum.
- Consistently demonstrate strong work ethic, organizational skills, dependability, resourcefulness, initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail.
- Handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Ability and willingness to work on the warehouse production floor at all workstations as required.
Technical Skills:
- Order check-in, quality control inspections, thread trimming, folding, and bagging of goods
- Sewing machine experience - Juki, Singer, etc.
- Basic computer knowledge
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, sit, and recline for long periods
- Regularly lift, push, and/or pull up to 15 pounds
- Occasionally lift, push, and/or pull up to 35 pounds
- Infrequently lift, push, and/or pull up to 70 pounds.
What We Require:
- Minimum of three (5) years embroidery machine operation experience
- MUST HAVE the ability to read and understand instruction manuals
- MUST HAVE great communication and customer service skills
- MUST HAVE analytical and troubleshooting skills
- MUST HAVE attention to details and excellent administrative abilities
- MUST be able to pass a 10-year criminal background check
- MUST be able to pass a drug test
