Sublimation

Description
This decoration method is ideal for printing on nylon fabric, which is known for its durability and tear resistant nature.

We decorated our ‘weekender’ duffel with a sublimated tie-dye pattern, then we added a sublimated print on the front of this bag with our Threadbird logo in white. We also jazzed up the inside of it, by adding our sublimated ‘Wave’ pattern to the inner lining of the bag!

Screen Printing

Description
This style of decoration can be tricky for nylon material. However, it works wonderfully when decorating canvas cotton fabric.

We decorated our ‘Everyday’ duffel, by screen printing our Threadbird ‘TB’ design in blue, onto the center of the front of the bag.

Bold & Vibrant: Canvas material absorbs ink colors well, creating clean & bright colors.
Design Scale: Allows you to scale the size of your design and have flexibility with print coverage.
Long Lasting: Integrates and adheres into the fabric well.

Embroidery

Description
We bring your designs to life by stitching thread directly onto the fabric. This artistic method works great for decorating sturdier fabrics like nylon or canvas material.

We decorated our ‘Everyday’ and ‘Weekender’ duffel with our embroidered Threadbird logo on the left side pocket of the bag.

Advantages

Versatility: Various styles of embroidery to choose from (flat & puff embroidery, patches)... to suit your given fabric type.
Long-lasting: High-quality thread and stitched without any fading.

Heat Transfer

Description
This popular printing technique uses a heat press to transfer the ink of your designs from a special printable paper, directly onto the nylon fabric.

Easy Application: Fast, efficient and consistent printing outcome.
Captures Details: Replicate sharp, fine details and smaller text than embroidery.
High-Opacity: Creates high-resolution, multicolor and even gradient designs on dark fabrics.
