The Order Process
You are not placing an order. Shortly after submitting your request, you will receive a quote by email during normal business hours (M-F | 8am-4pm EST).
After reviewing your quote, if you are ready to move forward with your order, please review our Terms & Conditions and accept the quote. We will send you the final invoice with a link to pay for your order online (using a Credit card or Paypal).
Turnaround starts when your order is paid for and we have all information required to complete your order (all artwork, working /correct tags, all fonts required for editable tags, all shipping info, etc.). Delay in receipt of *any* of this info can/will result in production delays. Current turnaround time is 10-15 Business Days Average + Shipping. Complex orders/add-ons may increase turnaround. Delay in approval of mock ups can/will also result in production delays.
Due to the changing prices of cotton, your quote is good for 1 week unless otherwise stated.
